Welcome to the youth group of King's Church. Youth Group is for all 11-18 year olds. We were formed soon after the Church itself and meet together on most Sunday evenings to discuss issues of concern and plan for the future.

What we're about…

At KCYP, we believe that we are living in the revival generation and we have a call to reach out to others, to establish the roots of the Church of tomorrow and change the expression of Christianity. In our lives, God takes priority- for us, Christianity is not just a religion that occupies a small part of our lives; but instead, it is the basis of why we are on earth and we put Jesus on the throne of our lives.

We have experienced God's presence through many media in the forms of conferences and events:

In the summer of 2002, the youth group went to Soul Survivor and gathered with the youth of the country. There we heard the word of God and felt his power on us and a strong calling to be more involved in evangelism in our local setting- since then we have hosted a small community basketball tournament and plan to hold more such social events.

Up-and-coming youth group outings and events for 2003 include our regional youth conference, UNITE, in Horsham and Festival Manchester- a huge outreach crusade this summer.
